The KARM Fellowships
The KARM Fellowships foster a community of financially independent, compassionate, driven women who are committed to becoming enablers and change leaders in communities of their choice in an environment of individual support and care. Based on the four pillars of education, mentoring, community service and employability, KARM empowers young women through two Fellowships
Graduate Fellowship
Open to girls aspiring to pursue a full-time degree at Delhi University in any undergraduate discipline from affiliated colleges, the Graduate Fellowship is truly life changing – setting up the girls for further education and robust careers across job types.

The KARM Conclave is a first of its kind gathering focussed on fostering conversations around financial independence among young women, and encouraging open and honest discourse around lived experiences, earning and working. An annual event, it celebrates the spirit of change, sisterhood and inspiration.

KARM has deep respect for learning and sharing, prompting it to create a space that is ever-growing and ever-enriching – KARM Vidvata. A pledge to widen access to learning and discussion resources to expand thought.
