Aadi currently works as Director of Organization Development at The Education Alliance. He brings with him 15 years of experience in the education sector, encompassing roles in both private and government school systems. Before his role as director of organisation development, Aadi collaborated closely with the Deputy Chief Minister and prominent MLAs in Delhi. He spearheaded various large-scale state reform projects as a part of Delhi’s Education Revolution. Aadi is an alumnus of St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai and Teach For India’s third cohort and dedicated seven years to the 321 Education Foundation before embarking on his journey with TEA in Delhi in 2020. His core passion lies in facilitating the success and growth of others, which fuels his commitment to education.

As the City Director for Delhi at Teach For India, I lead the strategic direction, program management, operations, and partnerships to deepen our impact in our largest region. My role is centered around driving meaningful outcomes to enable our mission to create educational equity.
Previously, with 14 years of experience in Consulting and Startups across Business Strategy, Operations and Community Management, I’ve honed a unique and versatile skill set, working in diverse environments across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. My journey at organisations like Aon, Zomato, WeWork, and leap.club has equipped me as a capable generalist, a strategic executor and a leader.
My focus areas have been portfolio P&L management, strategy & operations, account management, product operations & marketing, events, community and user/member experience. I love working on multiple projects simultaneously and mentoring teams. I enjoy driving efficiency, problem-solving and creating long-term value. Strong basics, intent and a solution-oriented mindset are most important.
Ajay Chawdhury

An alumnus of Hindu College, Delhi University and Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, Ajay Chowdhury is a people person who has a way of reaching out to the hearts and minds of his colleagues. With an MBA degree in Human Resources from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University, Ajay sincerely believes in the triad of capability development, ethics, and joy at the workplace.
With over 33 years of rich and varied work experience Ajay started his professional career from the public sector steel behemoth SAIL in 1991, where he learnt the basics of handling different kinds of HR and IR related issues typical of any manufacturing entity. In the ensuing period, he moved on to leadership positions in HR at various levels in different organisations such as IIS Infotech, Birlasoft, Fidelity, Hutch, and Dell.
He also worked in the UK for three years that further honed his international and cross-cultural people management skills. He spent two years in the entrepreneurial space, where he offered HR services to clients in the SME segment on a time-share basis, among other ventures connected to capability development.
At SRF since 2010, and in the CHRO role for more than eleven years, his priority was to build and strengthen an efficient, process-driven, business aligned, value driven, issue based, employee-care centred HR function that other organisations would like to emulate.
A keen sports enthusiast, Ajay has represented his University and State in Squash, Table Tennis and Cricket. He is a keen golfer.
Alka Malhotra
Social and Behaviour Change Specialist, UNICEF
Alka Malhotra is a Social and Behaviour Change Specialist at UNICEF India. She spearheads social and behaviour change strategies on child rights issues, leads communication research and UNICEF India’s work on behaviour science and behaviour insights related to health, nutrition, water, sanitation hygiene, education, child protection and responsive parenting. Alka has extensive experience in entertainment education with several initiatives, including the transmedia initiative for adolescents – AdhaFULL, which comprises a TV and radio series, a mobile game and an interpersonal communication toolkit.
Alka, a post-graduate in Community Resource Management and Extension Education from Delhi University, has completed the UPEN-UNICEF course on Social Norms in 2013, the Emerging Leaders Course from UN Staff College in 2016 and the Gender Pro course in 2018.
Amitdeep Kohli

Amitdeep Kohli is a third-generation entrepreneur with deep-rooted experience in the hospitality, real estate, and property management sectors. He is an Alumini of Shri Ram College of Commerce from where he secured a Degree in Economics. He pursued his MBA from Manchester Business School, post which he worked at ICICI Bank (Mumbai) for 2 years before joining his family business. Over the past two decades, Amitdeep has developed and managed a portfolio of serviced apartments, premium rentals, and real estate assets, establishing a strong footprint in key cities such as Bangalore, Goa, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Gurgaon, Manesar, and Neemrana. He is on the Board of “Pyramid Relo Pvt. Ltd”- a joint venture between Enkay and Relo Group (Japan) – a company which deals with finding suitable accommodation for Japanese expatriates in India and operates serviced apartments exclusively for Japanese expatriates in Gurgaon. He has been a part of YI – CII, Delhi Chapter and chaired the Delhi Chapter in 2013. Currently he is a part of CII Delhi- Hospitality Vertical.
Anirban Chaudhury

Anirban leads the Centre of Excellence for Digital Transformation at ILSS. He has more than two decades of experience in delivering strong commercial growth and leading large-scale business transformations using innovative Data Science and AI frameworks, for Fortune 500 enterprises.
He has set up from scratch and led a number of highly successful Data and AI enterprises across the globe and has been instrumental in designing and implementing pioneering AI/ML solutions for various industries.
Before transitioning to the social sector, Anirban was a Managing Director (Partner) at Accenture Strategy & Consulting. He led the insurance practice in Accenture’s Global AI Hub, and developed cutting-edge AI/Generative AI products and solutions. Prior to that, he has held several strategic and global leadership roles in several MNCs including AXA, HP and GE.
Anirban holds a master’s degree in economics from the Delhi School of Economics and is also an alum of the ILSS Leadership Program.

Anupam is a tech entrepreneur who has co-founded Ubora, a retail-tech SaaS platform used by major international brands. Earlier, he has worked in global leadership roles in the embedded software and silicon space, and lived and worked in the US and Europe. In all his ventures, he has been instrumental in establishing vibrant work cultures during his tenure. His leadership style is known for fostering collaboration and driving teams toward high-impact product innovations.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Anupam is an avid environmentalist, high-altitude trekker, and amateur photographer. He founded GrowMillionTrees, a forest rejuvenation initiative spanning five villages in Uttarakhand, partnering closely with local women’s self-help groups to restore biodiversity and strengthen community resilience.

Archana Garodia Gupta wears many hats – author, campaigner for women’s empowerment, successful entrepreneur, and national-level quizzer.
Besides coauthoring of the bestselling two-volume “A History of India for Children” published by Hachette, which was nominated for the Crossword Book Award, she has also written “The Women Who Ruled India”. In addition, she writes on retail, women’s issues, and history for newspapers and magazines, including regular columns for the student editions for The Hindu and Indian Express, besides contributing to “Her Right to Equality” published by Penguin in 2021, which recommends policies for women empowerment.
She has been the National Chair of the FICCI MSME Committee and a member of the BRICS Financial Committee from India, leading the SME Task force. Geeta is a mental health professional and certified transformational coach, with a dual Master’s in Psychology and Family Therapy. She has over ten years of experience working with young adults and families, her approach to therapy being rooted in cognitive work, helping individuals become more aware of unhelpful thought patterns and gently supporting them in developing healthier perspectives and coping strategies. She has worked for over four years at the Max group of hospitals, where she worked with clients across different age brackets.
Over the years, she has been associated with organisations such as the National Association for the Blind, Teach for India, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and Samarth in a voluntary capacity. These opportunities have reminded her of the many ways she can support each other as a community and the importance of compassion in all forms of care.
